We went to DYRK Nørrebro today to plant Russian soybeans, an heirloom variety acclimated to far northern conditions. This is the very beginning of a long term project. We will post more about that later this week. DYRK is one of our favorite places in the city. Here you see a row of sunflowers we helped transfer from the compost heap to this high planter bed inside one of the walls to the roof.
